Only niggle - they got my husband to take our stuff out of our old trade in and put in in the new pilot before we even reviewed the finance agreement! More I can see that if I hadn't been sure of the car at all that there would have been a hard sell, but this is probably true of most dealers. The finance person was very nice and helpful, and we were not pressurized into buying packages or extra warranties which we were unconvinced about. ![]() I think financially we got a good deal, we weren't robbed. The salesman was almost a car salesman stereotype but got the job done. The service was actually pretty efficient - the car was valeted prior to arrival which saved some time, and there was a play area for my son so he was happy.
